THE COMPANY
The "Cimbali Pistacchi-Bio" is a historic farm located in the territory of the Municipality of Bronte, born from a love for its land and for the pistachio it cultivates on its estate, a tradition passed down for over four generations.
The pistachio grove, one of the largest in Bronte, spans an area of about 37 hectares, all on volcanic stone, and is cultivated according to a centuries-old tradition characterized by the biennial harvesting of the fruit, thus yielding a product of excellent quality.
For this reason, the activity carried out for over 120 years has ensured the company a prominent role in the production of "GREEN GOLD".

The company is also a member of the Consortium for the protection of the green pistachio of Bronte and since 2003 has initiated organic farming, thus being among the rare agricultural realities to possess both D.O.P and BIO certifications.
"Cimbali Pistacchi-Bio" is, therefore, one of the few agricultural companies in Bronte to use, process, and market its product with the certainty of offering consumers the guarantee of an original, selected, and especially high-quality organic pistachio.
